Each pathway is designed to help young people connect their natural strengths to the real world — and give something meaningful back to the community that raised them.
Sport teaches more than skill — it teaches showing up. Through teamwork, discipline, and friendly competition, young athletes discover what they're made of, build lasting friendships, and learn that growth happens both on and off the field.
Leadership is not a title — it's a practice. We help young people find their voice, develop their perspective, and step into spaces where their ideas can create real change. From community projects to public speaking, this pathway builds the confidence to lead in any room.
Art is how we make sense of who we are. Through visual art, music, dance, and performance, young creators explore their identity, celebrate their cultural heritage, and share their stories with the world — on their own terms, in their own voice.
Every young person has a story worth telling. Youth Talk — our youth-led media platform — gives them the tools, the training, and the stage to tell it. From short films to podcasts to social content, this pathway turns creative instinct into real-world media skills.
The world needs builders — young people who see problems and imagine solutions. This pathway connects creative thinking to real-world skills: from writing a business plan to pitching an idea in front of a room. It also connects young people to Asian Canadian mentors already building the future.
Financial barriers should never stop a young person from shining. Each of our five pathways offers one scholarship annually — awarded to a youth who demonstrates growth, commitment, and community spirit.
